The Fermah Group (Modulock Homes- the brand that has been housing kiwis for over 30 years) specialise in land subdivision and development of house and land packages to either investors or owner-occupiers. We are developing land and house packages in:
- Auckland
- Tauranga
- Mt Maunganui
- Whakatane
- Ohope Beach
Our policy is to develop houses that we would live in ourselves. It is a simple rule that has constantly provided a good basis on how to evaluate a possible subdivision. With that in mind potential sites and properties must meet these criteria:
- Be in an attractive area suitable for families
- Be close to amenities (like schools, shops, transport etc)
- Be built to a high standard of low maintenance materials
- Be able to be easily resold to a large market.
As we are constantly looking for new land, we welcome any enquiries.
Commercial Property Investment and Development
- We develop and invest primarily in retail (occasionally office and industrial) properties
- We are active in redevelopment sites as opposed to straight investment
- We look for locations that are on busy arterial routes, that has or can have customer car parking and where businesses will thrive due to profile and a strong residential catchment
- Our experience of retailing through our nationwide 35 store group and involvment in the fast food and convenience retail markets
