The Fermah Group (Modulock Homes – the brand that has been housing kiwis for over 30 years) specialise in land subdivision and development of house and land packages to either investors or owner-occupiers. We are developing land and house packages in:

Our policy is to develop houses that we would live in ourselves. It is a simple rule that has constantly provided a good basis on how to evaluate a possible subdivision. With that in mind potential sites and properties must meet these criteria:
- Be in an attractive area suitable for families
- Be close to amenities (like schools, shops, transport etc)
- Be built to a high standard of low maintenance materials
- Be able to be easily resold to a large market.
